Your satisfaction is our top priority at Hearth&Home. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.

✅ 30-Day Return Window — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Item is in its original, unused condition
Item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Item is not listed under "Non-Returnable Items" below
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hearthhome.store with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Pack your item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@hearthhome.store within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
A description of the damage or defect
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@hearthhome.store. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned after the 30-day return window
Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Custom or personalized orders
Downloadable or digital products
Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
