All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
⚡ Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our carrier's website or by visiting the tracking link in your email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for your tracking number to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. Hearth&Home is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@hearthhome.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Hearth&Home is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
